2 months ago, after responding to their Facebook post, I had my hair cut by Dontae for the first time. This would turn out to be the best cut I've had... in like 20 years. No hyperbole. I's asked for it to be rather short, and kept waiting for it to grow out to the point where I'd 'need' another cut. But, it kept growing into a great cut, never looked bad or unkempt.. Just had my second appointment with Dontae and my second excellent cut. I believe I've found my new barber. Thanks Dontae! Show more

Mikey was amazing with my 10 year old son! James wanted a ram logo and Mikey delivered big time. I wanted a haircut that wouldn’t look disastrous ever...y morning because my son has no interest in doing a single thing to his hair. Mikey listened to what James wanted and also what I wanted and put it all together while giving my son the best haircut he has EVER had! Thank you! We will be back for sure! Show more

Christian is wonderful working with all ages of clients who may have Special Needs. Five stars are not enough! My son, Brian, had been getting cuts ...at home for years until we were referred to Christian. We did a pre-visit and the following week a real visit. It went great. This was the perfect way to introduce Brian to Barber shops again. All the staff were kind and warm, but Christian was exceptional and Brian now looks forward to going! I recommend Christian, barber at The Parlor 109 for all our uniquely needed children-adults. ***P.S.: They may be offering a Sensory Friendly Sunday as Spring approaches….Stay tuned!
