I recently visited Jon for the first time, and overall, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Jon was friendly and professional ...from the start. He took his time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a haircut that was on point. However, there was one part of the cut I wasn't fully happy with at first. The fade on one side didn’t blend quite as smoothly as I expected. But when I mentioned it to him, he immediately addressed the issue and made sure the fade was even and clean. I really appreciated his attention to to detail and how quickly he worked to fix it. In the end, I left feeling great about the haircut, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a barber who listens and makes sure you leave satisfied. Show more
