The braids were nice, but there were a few things I was disappointed with. First, the app listed the kids' style as $65, so that’s what I expected to ...pay. I wish the stylist had told me the actual price beforehand—it’s really important to be upfront about pricing so the customer can decide whether to move forward. Also, I showed her a video of the style I wanted, which clearly included curly hair at the ends. Instead, she just did straight-back braids without mentioning any limitations. If she couldn’t do the style for any reason, I would have appreciated her letting me know ahead of time. Overall, if you plan to book with her, I recommend sending your desired style in advance, confirming whether she can do it, and asking for the exact price before the appointment. Clear communication makes a big difference.
