The braids were nice, but there were a few things I was disappointed with. First, the app listed the kids' style as $65, so that’s what I expected to ...pay. I wish the stylist had told me the actual price beforehand—it’s really important to be upfront about pricing so the customer can decide whether to move forward. Also, I showed her a video of the style I wanted, which clearly included curly hair at the ends. Instead, she just did straight-back braids without mentioning any limitations. If she couldn’t do the style for any reason, I would have appreciated her letting me know ahead of time. Overall, if you plan to book with her, I recommend sending your desired style in advance, confirming whether she can do it, and asking for the exact price before the appointment. Clear communication makes a big difference. Show more

The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The suite is easy to find and safe and secure. She does good job with braids and her work is so neat. Advantag...e is that she is flexible and even takes walk ins. Disadvantages is that unfortunately she does not start or finish each client on time. There is a policy if you are late fee can be taken or appointment can be cancelled but if she is late no inconvenience fee is deducted from your total cost. My appointment was a 8:30 AM didn’t get started until 10 AM. Overall I gave 4 stars due to quality of work. Show more
