Terrible! I don’t even one to leave 1 star but I couldn’t post the review until I did. I sent him a photo of what I wanted and even held it up for him... while he was cutting my hair and he still didn’t do the haircut I asked when he said he could. He cut it A LOT shorter than the picture I showed him. When I told him I was unhappy with how short it was and that I needed to add extensions he was unwilling to help/pay to fix it, or even come to a compromise with me for a price. He was very dismissive and did not care that he messed up my hair. The owner himself didn’t care about how I felt or tried to help rectify the situation. They even called the cops on me instead of trying to help me fix my hair! I wouldn’t recommend going to him or his shop called New Style Hair Studio in Meriden. He does not know how to cut hair and the entire shop doesn’t have any customer service skills. {I did not come in causing a scene, u were being dismissive to what I was saying. What I paid does not fix what u messed up, it looks nothing like the pic, and I’ve had other barbers say u cut off way too much, ur response to my comment just proves how u didn’t care about how unhappy I was with it and that u don’t know how to take criticism***NEW} Show more
