While touring downtown San Antonio my wife and I came across Puro Handsome so I thought I would get a haircut. Not only did I get the haircut - but a... straight razor shave too! What a fantastic experience! Ben is awesome, very talented and a personable man with great stories and wisdom beyond his years! My hair and beard look like a million bucks! No barber in my past has ever used hot towels and that definitely is the way to get a shave! Total relaxing! We live 2 hours away BUT we will be back! Show more

I've lived in SA ten years and can honestly say this is the best barber shop in town. Ben is talented and incredibly attentive to details. First time ...I visited him he suggested a low fade for me because he noticed my ears hang low, and a low-fade visually looks better for given my characteristics. He couldn't be more right I am never getting a high fade again! In short, Ben will go above and beyond to make sure that you look sharp and smell good when you walk out the door.
