Life changing!! JD is an expert at what he does & knowledgeable about many different massage modalities. Don’t walk RUN here!
JD is great! I came up to him with some hamstring issues and he know what needed to be done. Started with some static stretches and than moved to mas...sage. I am a runner and I was able to feel the difference the next day on my run. Ill be going beck for another session soon. That was the best message I've had in years. Myoskeletal therapy is not for those seeking candles and a soft touch. It's about deep, often painful m...anipulation to release muscles.
