The shop is clean and compact, which is not an issue. However, I requested a medium drop face but the result was a significantly lower drop fade. Ther...e were noticeable guidelines left on my temples and the back of my neck, with no smooth transition to the bulk of hair. The entire service took a whopping 70 minutes. The front line up was okay. I did appreciate the use of the headrest, which allowed for a more precise line up with a straight razor. Show more
