I’ve been doing my lymphatic massages at BC SPA for the last 3 months and I can’t recommend Vallerie enough! She is truly gifted at what she does. Whe...n I first started in November, I was weighing in at 150 lbs and my waist was measuring at a 27 inches. Literally after a couple sessions, I noticed incredible changes. My waist was SHRINKING lol and my functioning so much better. After just a month I had lost 10 pounds, my body looked and felt amazing, and all my swelling and inflammation was gone. I am still currently at my goal weight of 140 lbs and my waist is 22 inches. I feel lighter, more energized, and overall healthier. My massages with Valerie this far have been extremely effective, and her technique is unmatched.
