I called Indigo and they were able to fit me right in no problem and when i tell you i fe...lt so good and taking care of when i left. my hair has not lasted this long in a very long time. i would travel here just for the service. Indigo has always done an awesome job on my daughter's locs. Her styles looked good and lasted a long time (some even after she shampooed). When I fin...ally used her, I was pleased, too. Then the salon relocated:-( She went from being 12 to 15 to 35 to 50 minutes away, depending on traffic. In attempt to have someone closer, I went to another stylist. I wasn't happy. My hair did not look, smell, nor feel like it did when Indigo styled it. I had been contemplating locs and wanted to get started. I was not happy with the look nor feel. So I made that call and made the trip. I'd decided that if it didn't work out, I would get a cut--but I really didn't want to because I don't want to be in a barbershop every week or two. I am in my season of thinner hair. Indigo has said that she is the queen of camouflage. Indeed she is. Had to unto some damage, but I am so happy with the look, feel, and smell of my locs. They have volume, are neat, uniformed, and styled to fit my face. I was so happy with the results, that the return trip seemed like 15 minutes! Experience and technique matter. Indigo has both. You will enjoy the relaxing, Afrocentric atmosphere of the salon and a stylist who is steeped in African American history. Just don't take my appointment! Show more

My Husband and I Have been getting our Locs done for years by Ms. Indigo ! And When I tell you, this Woman has Gifted Hands! Trust me! I have seen som...e children and folks hair that Needed a Pure Miracle and She was the Miracle Whip lol I Kid you Not! But if you are Looking for a Loc Doctor She's the Specialist you NEED! Not Only is she Amazing her Salon is so Warm and Inviting makes you feel so Comfortable, for both Men and Women. So if you're tired of looking like Who did it and Why! Lol Indigo is the way to Go!
