I explained that this would include volume fans, and you agreed, even mentioning you had used them before. At the end of the service, you said you liked the result. As for the payment, Booksy was not working properly at the time, so I offered the option to pay via cash or Zelle to avoid additional fees. You chose to pay by card through Square, which automatically adds sales tax—something I do not control. I always aim to provide professional, transparent, and personalized service. I appreciate your feedback and am always happy to adjust things based on your preferences moving forward.
