I gave Niurka a 5-star review after the first time I sat in her chair. I thought she was everything I was looking for. My hair was styled naturally fo...r years, and I couldn't wait to start wearing it straight again. She was so sweet and so eager to “transform my hair.” She did an amazing job the first time - I had some grays, but my hair was mainly black from previous coloring, and she kept talking about a color eraser, which I did not understand would be a bleach or lift to the black parts of my hair - I had thick hair, a little past my middle back. After two subsequent visits, I now need to find someone who can cut my hair into a short style due to breakage and thinning, which is a result of my hair being over-processed. I'm so picky about who I allow to touch my hair. She does a great job with wash and blow-outs, but be careful who you let process your hair. Show more

The owner, Niurka, did an incredible job on my daughters' hair — ages 6... and 7 — for their very first professional relaxer. My 6-year-old has an extremely sensitive scalp and usually struggles with any kind of hair handling, but Niurka was so gentle, patient, and comforting throughout the entire process. Both girls received a top-of-the-line treatment, and their hair turned out absolutely fabulous! 👌🏽 The results exceeded our expectations.
