Freda is the best! She is very knowledgeable about the body and a great communicator regarding pressure in those icky sticky spots. She has magical he...aling hands! Freda is one of the best! She listens to your needs and provides excellent care. I would highly recommend her.
It is difficult to find an LMP as talented as Freda. She not only listens to what needs work she is listening to your body when she is working on you.... She has a depth of knowledge on the function and mechanics of tissue and tendon. The room is relaxing and clean, nice music. She’s down to talk or have silence. 60 min sessions are great and if you can splurge on the 90 min you will not have regrets. She’s so good! Show more

I was really happy to find Freda! She listens to what is going on with you, then tailors her treatment to suit you. Her ability to find the "nagging ...areas of trouble" and address them is great. She takes care to see that you are okay and comfortable with the amount of pressure she uses. Her ability to help me with the tightness is my jaw and neck has been so helpful! Highly recommend her, and really like the fact that she is operating safely in her home massage room, too. Show more
