I don't have any thoughts because my appointment did not occur. I arrived at 3:25 and my appointment was for 3:30. I was informed by another stylist t...hat Mr. Washington had left for the day. She said she would contact him and for me to come back in five minutes which I did. I waited for 15 minutes, however Mr. Washington did not respond to her text. She assured me that is not his usual demeanor and if I booked I would be taken care of. Show more

Retta, you could have just kept your 1 star and fine someone else to accommodate you. I called your "google number" on file to let you know that someone text and canceled their consultation, thinking it was you being that there was only one scheduled… then I texted you at 6:40pm during business hours...now you text me at 9pm then again at 10:06pm… girl have you lost your mind? I’m not your homeboy … I’ll talk with you the next day love! Which is today! Now that we have a one star.. let me let you know I’m at the dentist office because I’m in pain… not that it’s your business but next time be a little more considerate and have patience…. Or just simply find someone else…. I’m grateful for all my clients! But clearly you wasn’t one that I needed because this is actually insane of you lady and with you seems like it would be other issues….
