Ms.Dolly is the 1 ❤️ This shop was open later than all the other ones ❤️ I went her just for charms and she did not disappoint. This is going to be my... new spot. Real lowkey, comfortable , real cool lady also affordable! Show more

Very happy that I stumbled upon this salon, especially because of Dolly! I had JUST gotten a simple gel manicure at another salon and my nails didn't ...turn out how I wanted, at all, but the salon would not fix them without charging me the price of another set (it was just solid color gel on my real nails, nothing fancy or complicated). Luckily, I found DC nails when I looked up salons nearby and Dolly fixed my nails right up! They looked even better than my expectation by the end, and Dolly is so conversational and lovable that it went by so quick. She really knows what she is doing and only charged me $15 to correct the mistake of the other salon. She even threw in lotion for my hands and nourishing polish for my newly-fixed nails to make up for my bad experience elsewhere. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Show more
Became allergic to a product and when needed to take the product off the owner wanted to argue with me. But, is very clean and the scrubs smell really... good Show more
People have different expectations from their nail salons. But I'd rather have someone who knows what they're doing than some fancy, overpriced bougie... spa with a bunch of people who do a mediocre job. I have been looking for a salon who gives great pedicures with hand and leg massages at a fair price for years. Not only that but I get really bad ingrowns and Dolly is the first person in the last two years who has been able to get mine out without causing me to bleed or hurting me. Sure the interior could use a little update, but does that really matter or are you more concerned about the quality of service you're getting? I know service and quality is way more important to me ! I highly recommend Dolly, she does a great job and she's just the sweetest! Show more

So glad I found this place !! Been in Colorado 2 years finally found someone that does nails how I like for the price I like Dolly is the one !!
The salon has only 2 people working in it, a man & woman. I was left sitting, waiting for an entire hour for the rest of my service because when two n...ew people came in, they ignored me & started serving the other people. I had to wait while they got almost a full pedicure, including a massage and a wrap around their legs before she came to put on my color. They did not wash their hands or wear gloves. The man did not remove all of my previous toenail polish and then painted clear toenail polish, which she then removed so they used a drill on my toes a total of three times in a one hour period, weakening my toenails by thinning them. (Once to take off my initial color, again to finish taking off the color that he didn’t take off the first time, and then a third time because he painted the clear that she told him not to paint so she removed that with the drill.) She called her coworker stupid and told me he doesn’t listen. This is very unprofessional. I came in for a basic pedicure that is normally $45. I asked if she could do marbling and she upcharged me $20 and then did a very amateur job that looked like the first time she ever tried to do marbling. I could see skin color showing through the nail polish in several places. I did not like it nor did I think it was fair that I paid $70 for a basic pedicure, but by the time she finally finished painting my toes, I had already been there for two & a half hours and I wanted to go home. I paid the $70, but I did not tip her because it was not tip worthy service. The next day when I looked at my toes, I was so upset that I realized I was not ever going to be happy with this - I couldn’t get over it. Every time I looked down at my feet I was irritated instead of happy. For $70 I should be very happy… so I came back in to ask her to redo it because I didn’t like the way it looked. I reminded her she showed me no pictures but just started working without showing me pictures so I could choose something that I wanted. She yelled at me and refused to give me a refund and wanted to charge me a second time $70 to fix it. She told me “ You were happy with it when You left last night.” I explained that I did not want to embarrass her in front of her other clients, but that I would like her to redo it. I told her I did not like that you could see my toenail underneath the paint. She yelled at me and refused to fix it, stating “that is how it’s supposed to look. The nail is supposed to show through the paint.” I told her I’ve been watching YouTube videos and that is not what it looks like then other people do the design she attempted to try. I told her I could show her a picture of what I wanted, and she refused to even look at it. I told her if she would just take this off and put one plain color I would be happier than I am looking at it the way that it is. She agreed to give me one color but would not refund the $20 upcharge that she charged me for the marbling that she was not able to do properly. When she was redoing my toes, she started talking to another client who came in about his toe fungus. I looked around and not see any evidence that there was any barbicide (Blue Antifungal cleaner) in the shop. Her customer said he would’ve lost a toe if it wasn’t for her. Show more

Dolly is amazing, she is meticulous and saved me from a horrible job i had in Lakewood. One of the only salons in the Denver Metro open late. Great a...tmosphere and so friendly - RARE. I drive from Golden to Aurora to come here- says it all! Show more
