Gel pedicure

Waiting for a refund for a service that I did not receive through Groupon. Groupon will not refund me until you guys let them know that the voucher wa...s not redeemed. I do not want to come to redeem the service at another time seeing that no one showed up to my appointment and I had to pay MORE money to go somewhere else. Please have Groupon refund me. Groupon explained that I need to get confirmation that your salon will refund me in order for them to refund me. Screen shot below. Please refund my payment and send me confirmation. Thank you!
