I can admit I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve never had lash extensions before and didn’t know what to expect . I have real bad anxiety a...nd don’t like to keep my eyes closed to long but she mad me very comfortable, she also made sure to give me the exact look I was going for and also she was very patient with me thru the process and talked me thru it . We had an amazing time together . It was like we been knowing each other for years. Also My eyes always water but I didn’t experience any tears , I got thru my appointment with no problems or complications ! my lashes look amazing . I honestly don’t see myself going without them anymore ..she’s earned her self a lifetime client that’s for sure . 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💕🫰🏽 Show more

Mega Volume Set Brazilian Wax

On March 25th , I arrived for my 2pm appointment via Uber for a mega volume lash and Brazilian with a vajacial. The wax service took two hours to comp...lete. The lashes she began at 4pm and didn’t finish by 6:30pm, so I left due to me having to work that evening and decided to return the next day. I returned on March 26th for my 11am appointment via uber and she still did not finish by 3:20pm. I decided to end the service at this time because I had to work again this evening. At the end of the appointment, my eyes were glued shut so it took another 10 mins for her to fix that. She used an excessive amount of glue and did not isolate any of my lashes. Thankfully, I was able to book an emergency lash removal and application the following day with a completely different lash technician 🥰. There is no way she has been a lash technician for 2 years as stated in her about me based off my experience due to the excessive amount of timing she took and lack of technique during the application process. The price she charged is what I paid in full on March 25th despite receiving incomplete services. I attempted to reach out to her as a courtesy to tell her what I did not like about the services I received, and her statement is included in the screenshot provided. I should not have received subpar service due to the price she chose to charge, and if that was the case, be honest about your experience. I’m no one’s guinea pig to practice on unknowingly. I did apologize about the way you felt about the service . But at the end of the day you rushed me . You planned a whole spa day in 3 hours . A wax alone can take up to 45 minutes let alone a whole facial with add ons ( cleanse , exfoliation, jelly mask as well as a conductive base mask . You had 2 hot towels . High frequency treatment & Cooled off with ice globes .. you also received high frequency & LED light Therapy. You got way more than what you paid for this service is easily a 600 dollar service in any spa . Once you got there you did not get undressed and on the table until 45 minutes into the appointment. Once there you had an issue with the butter fly position as well . I say all this to say you were not easy to service . I would never schedule a spa day 4 hours before I go to work . You came to get pampered and I did just that . I’m glad you were able to get services where you are comfortable .
