Makeup appt for 3:30, I arrived at 3:28. Waited for 30 minutes because Lexus stated she was finishing up a lash appt. I was frustrated because I had a...n event to attend, which made me crunch for time. Price listed on site $80, i was charged $36 for the deposit. Since she was late, i asked if she would take something off, but she didn't. I paid her $50 via zelle totaling cost to $86, which was more. I wasn't completely satisfied with the makeup because it was a little dark compared to my skin, and i told her, but she said she matched it perfectly. My overall experience was not good. To clarify, you were not overcharged. in fact, on top of you having a 15% discount to the $80 service making it $72 an additional $4.50 was deducted from your remaining balance at your request, and I’ve included a screenshot of the transaction for transparency.
