First of all I appreciate your comment, at least persons will know it’s a real salon. Let’s be honest now. Your first appointment that you came to you booked online, you only paid $4! (Four USD) the balance is still outstanding, no worries I wrote the balance off! You complained about other hairstylist. You rebooked another appointment and cancelled at the appointed time. You texted me and I responded asap. Although many other salons you go to they ain’t refunding you, you told me you had financial struggles so i said ok let me give you the funds when I check the system I will get back to you! Bad attitude??? U left my salon thanking me your first appointment to the point you rebooked same time. Pple are so weird!!! So yes publicly I will not refund you at this point. Check the cancellation policy.
