You booked shoulder length so yes the addition isn't based on what your affordability is but carefully slotted time and service rendered (what is listed on the add on menu). So yes it went over because the length & style was changed. Again thanks for the review!

First of all I appreciate your comment, at least persons will know it’s a real salon. Let’s be honest now.
Your first appointment that you came to you booked online, you only paid $4! (Four USD) the balance is still outstanding, no worries I wrote the balance off! You complained about other hairstylist. You rebooked another appointment and cancelled at the appointed time. You texted me and I responded asap. Although many other salons you go to they ain’t refunding you, you told me you had financial struggles so i said ok let me give you the funds when I check the system I will get back to you! Bad attitude??? U left my salon thanking me your first appointment to the point you rebooked same time. Pple are so weird!!! So yes publicly I will not refund you at this point. Check the cancellation policy.
