This stylist is unprofessional, manipulative, and constantly deflects instead of taking accountability. Her booking site clearly opens at 7 AM and tha...t is exactly why I booked my appointment for 7 AM. She even texted me around 6 AM the same morning. If my time was too early, wouldn’t that have been the moment to say something? She didn’t, because she knew I was scheduled for 7 AM. In fact, she texted that she would be there at 7:15, yet she showed up at 7:30. That means she was thirty minutes late to an appointment that her own booking site confirmed for 7 AM. Instead of a simple “sorry I’m late” she insisted it was for 8 AM, pulling text messages as her excuse. Keep in mind at these text messages were partially screenshot it. She did not show the whole story. She was deceitful as well as deflecting scapegoat and manipulative. Unprofessional and it’s very inappropriate. During the appointment, she burned my ear with the curling wand. I jumped, a natural reaction, right? Instead of apologizing she immediately got defensive and started arguing, saying “the black part is not hot, that is what touched your ear.” She tried to tell me what touched me, as if I didn’t know why I jumped. That kind of response shows her defensiveness and lack of accountability. THE BLACK PART DID NOT TOUCH MY EAR YOU DODO, 🦤 THE METAL PART DID. HOW ARE U GONNA TELL ME WHAT TOUCHED MY OWN EAR AND WHAT I FELT?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH U?! The quality of the work was just as bad. Within ONE DAY my lace looked milky and unpresentable, to the point I had to hide it with sunglasses. I had been at home with the air conditioning on and a lace band wrapped tightly around my head, yet she tried to blame the weather, saying heat can cause lace and glue to melt. I HAD NOT EVEN BEEN OUTSIDE YOU DODO!! 🦤 On top of that, she did not sew in two tracks on the side of my head. They were lifting from the edges immediately after she finished. When I pointed this out she tried to say she did one side & blamed the other stylist who originally laid my lace. That other stylist happens to be a celebrity stylist I have gone to for three years without a single issue. Blaming another professional for her own poor work is another example of how she scapegoats instead of accepting responsibility. Also, NO YOU DID NOT SEWIN THAT OTHER SIDE THAT IS WHY ITS LIFTING YOU DODO! 🦤 When I asked about a refund, she listed a series of excuses and then claimed refunds are not issued more than 24 hours after an appointment. That policy does not exist in her posted rules. SHE MADE IT UP. 🦤 And I screenshotted her current policy so y’all could see! I even checked her website again. Watch her update her policy now that she has been called out. But I highly recommend not making that into a real policy because, was my style only supposed to last one day before I could ask for my money back???? BE SO FR. It didn’t last, and her work clearly did not hold up. The pattern here is obvious. She is manipulative, she deflects blame, she scapegoats, and she cannot take criticism. She tries to present herself with hearts and polite words but her actions are unprofessional. Whether she has a license or not does not matter because the skill is not there and the prices she charges are completely unreasonable. I will be disputing my deposit with the bank and I will also be seeking to recover the rest of my money. This experience was unacceptable from beginning to end. Do not book with her. Show more
