It seems that the problem here is not the hairdresser, but your patience. It was too hot outside, and the air conditioning was perfect. Why do you thi...nk people go to the hairdresser? It is not only to cut your hair, but to receive a professional service in a comfortable environment. I went too, I shaved and came out very handsome. And, by the way, I'm also American, born here. If you didn't like the wait, there are many other hairdressers in Nashville. But here quality is worth it, and that's why people wait their turn. Good luck finding another option! Show more

I had an appointment but ended up waiting over 60 minutes past my scheduled time with no clear updates. The barber told me about 10 mins in—no greetin...g—via Google Translate that there was one person ahead of me, but I didn’t realize that included a full beard job — which took much longer. The language barrier made it really difficult to communicate, and overall the atmosphere felt unprofessional. There were a bunch of other guys waiting, and it was cold inside with blasting AC, which made the wait even more uncomfortable — I didn’t have a jacket and was freezing the entire time. Unfortunately, I had to leave without getting my haircut because I couldn’t wait any longer, and there was no way to know when I’d actually be seen. Not a good experience at all, especially for a Friday evening when I had other plans. Really disappointing because I am overdue for a cut! Show more

If you are looking for a barber who really understands what you want, regardless of the language, I recommend José Robles. Although my English was not... perfect, with just one photo he achieved exactly the cut he wanted, and the result was incredible. The precision, detail and dedication with which he works make the difference. I've been with him many times, and I always leave more than satisfied. today I did a last minute appointment with this place. we were late as we are new to the area got a little lost. There was 2 gentlemen waiting when we... arrived. I know they must have been upset for us being late. But they were so polite and calm. We don't speak Spanish but called a friend who could explain and interpret for us. my son cut about 4 inches of hair as I was worried they didn't understand. But the guys new what my son wanted and my son loves his new hair cut. I cant remember their names. I think Jose may be one. Above all thanks gentlemen you did an awesome job my son is very happy!! Will be back and on time now we know where it's at. I totally recommend. Show more
