Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry that your experience with my services didn’t meet your expectations. I always aim to provide convenience, clear communication, and quality work, and apologize that this wasn’t reflected in your appointments.
Regarding your first appointment, soak‑offs in my practice normally include a cut‑down for safety. I understand now that keeping your natural length was very important to you, and should have confirmed that beforehand.
Regarding arrival times, I do my best to stay on schedule and apologize for delays. Sometimes delays from previous sets or heavy traffic can cause setbacks, but I notify clients as soon as I’m aware of changes.
Regarding the minimum service price, the minimum fee has always applied to appointments below the standard base price. I did share this before heading over, but agree it should be clearly listed in my Instagram policies and consent forms, and will update them accordingly.
Regarding the appointment cancellation, I had to cancel due to personal circumstances beyond my control. Given the earlier delays, I understand this felt especially disappointing, and issued a refund when requested.
I never want anyone to feel rushed or unheard, and strive to provide a professional, high‑quality experience. I’ll reach out privately to offer a discount on a future service and work toward a resolution that helps you feel heard, valued, and respected.
