NEVER GOING BACK! Earlier this week I was scheduled for a facial at 2pm. I got a phone call at 12:30 stating they needed to push back my appt to 3. I... was a little annoyed since I don't live in the area (about 30 mins away) but I do understand things happen. I went at 3 and had a nice 90 min facial. I don't recall the girls name who did it, but she was very pleasant and did a nice job. As I left, I confirmed my massage appt for that upcoming Saturday at 10am. 10am Saturday I show uo and the place is closed! I called the phone number on Google and the one that they called me from to confirm my appt earlier in the week with no response. No answer, no voice-mail. My friend provided me a 3rd phone number they called her from before. Finally! Got someone on the line. I am told the masseuse had car trouble the day before and another manager was supposed to call me to cancel. Never got this phone call. I double checked. Now I am angry. I am 8 months pregnant and do not live very close. I understand things happen but a phone call would have been nice. I am not wasting my time here in the future and I do not think anyone else should either. Show more

Hi Jaime, sorry for the inconvenience. There was a message sent to the phone number on file, which you provided. This message was sent as soon as we were notified about the masseuse’s unprecedented car accident.
My fiancée is so dissatisfied with the results of her eye lash extensions. She took a chance on a new place. She read the reviews and thought this pl...ace would be good. When making her appointment the owner advised her she would be with a new stylist. “A Beginner”. At first she was a little apprehensive but she said she would give het a chance. The place is very nice and clean. She asked the stylist for a volume set with a glam look. After a hour and a half she was done. She had another appointment to go to right afterward so she didn’t have time to really look at the results. When she came home looked at them closely and realized it was a classic more natural look and it was uneven. She received an e mail with a survey from them. She provided her feedback and said she was disappointed with the results. They said if you were not satisfied that a manager would immediately contact her. Well they didn’t. ☹️ 4 days later and no response. Took another star off for that. She is not planning on going back. Show more

Steph is a perfectionist and very thorough with providing excellent eyelash extensions service. My eyelashes are not the easiest to work with but Ste...ph does an amazing job applying extensions on my eyelashes for almost two years now. She is very professional, friendly, and always follow through with after care instructions for eyelash retention, growth, etc. I definitely recommend her service and professionalism. Show more
