Siempre creo en las oportunidades he visitado el lugar 3 veces para hacerme el procedimiento de la Henna y la depilación de cejas y lamentablemente ni...nguna de veces he salido totalmente complacida. Esta vez me lo hicieron con otro tipo de tinta y me duró menos que la henna y fue más costoso y las cejas no están parejas ni tienen una forma bonita. Buenas tardes, Si he visitado su establecimiento 3 veces lo que sucede es que las dos veces anteriores no se programaron las citas por Booksy, por ese motivo no encuentra las visitas anteriores. En el momento del procedimiento está acabado de hacer y obviamente se ve un poco mejor, sinceramente me hice las cejas el viernes y como usted me dijo no le eche agua por 24 horas, seguí las instrucciones al pie de la letra y si estoy muy consciente de que hay una ceja q le falta más crecimiento, ese no fue el problema. La situación es que ya el domingo no tenía nada de tinte en las cejas y no tienen una forma bastante definida, pareciera que no fui donde una profesional hacer el trabajo y pagué la cantidad de dinero por un servicio que no duró nada. Siempre tuve la esperanza de que cuando volviera iba a ver mejores resultados, pero no fue así. Show more

Quiero añadir a su comentario que yo como profesional siempre tomo medidas que son muy certeras y que se realizan con hilo desde la simetría de su rostro en mis 25 años de experiencia siempre le digo al cliente los pro y los contras del servicio y con el mapping le dejo ver claramente los problemas asimétricos que pueda tener la ceja y ciertamente una profesional entendería perfectamente que una depilación y un tinte de cejas no es un servicio milagroso que corrige los defectos asimétricos.La duración del servicio depende de muchos factores, estilo de vida tipo de piel entre otros le indiqué que este servicio dura mas que la henna porque no solo da color a la piel sino también al pelo. Ahora le pregunto porque si es cliente asidua de mi establecimiento no me llamo o me escribió directamente a mi y me envió fotos para yo poder corroborar su queja y créame le hubiera ofrecido la restitución de su dinero que son $10 de diferencia del servicio de henna o le hubiera realizado nuevamente el servicio sin costo. Pero cada quien actúa de acuerdo a sus propias experiencias. Por esa razón siempre les doy un espejo para que se miren cuando termino el trabajo y adicional tengo un espejo grande en la pared en el que les indico que se miren de frente y les pregunto si les gustó el servicio y en la única ocasión que recuerdo haberla atendido y que tengo registrada su visita no me demostró ni indico ninguna inconformidad. I don't understand the reason for making a review of this type 10 days after having performed your service, when always at the end of the work I show you the results in a mirror and then I ask you to look at yourself in front of a wall mirror and as I remember you left very pleased and grateful with the service. In addition in your case, henna and waxing do not cause unevenness since I only cleaned a few hairs from the bottom, because your eyebrows has a were very sparse and I put color on it. I believe that as a professional I always do what the client asks of me and in fact you expressed that you loved ❤️my work. Thanks! 🌹
