As an older woman I can only say RAINA has made me look so much better. And being terrified of needles she was able to allay my fears. First she put o...n a numbing cream and kept checking if I was ready and numb. Then she went slowly, gentle touch, kind and caring. She educated me every step of the way and told me what she was about to do all the time. Shr also kept reminding me to breathe :) .
