Communication and professionalism need major improvement. My questions before the appointment went unanswered without a double text 2 days later (thou...gh she did apologize when she responded). The week of, I sent a text to confirm the appointment and payment method. She took a day to respond and only said "gm its confirmed". The day of the appointment, she texted me 15 min prior with a new address and said she was going to be 15 min late. I went to the new address, had difficulty finding the shop, texted her and did not receive a response. Texted her again for an update 30 min after the appointment, and she said she was at McDonalds. Due to the last minute address change, unprofessional and unapologetic responses, and the fact that I had to scramble last minute to get my hair done by somone else for an event (for a wedding- the notes advising I had a big event were included in my appointment booking), I would NOT recommend.
