So, I decided to give a small business a chance and well….you get what you pay for. These are the reference nails I showed her and the outcome looks n...othing similar. If you can’t do a certain design why not just say that instead of making me feel like it was my fault. I genuinely left the place questioning myself. I asked for charms, and instead was given 3D art..that was mediocre. I went in being very polite and wasn’t even going to ask for my money back. I simply asked her if she could remove the nails. She told me it would be more work and time wasted for her…when in reality I felt as though my time was wasted . All in all I won’t be coming here agin…I apologize girl. Show more

I’m sorry that I miss understood what you wanted, I ask a few times if everything was good and if you wanted to add something else. Its important for us (nail techs) that the clients say what they wanted to change or what they want to add, so you (client) can be satisfied with the results. And you ask for the 3D bunny’s and thats what I did.
