I booked with Nierra last minute for a Silk Press. This was my second or third time coming to her and it had been at least a year or two since my last... visit. (I typically wear braids) She was nice and professional, the shop was clean and the vibes were good. However, my hair could be described more as a flat iron and not a silk press. I left the shop with curls, which I did not want. I was told to wrap my hair when I got home, which I did. I tied it up and made sure to keep it covered while in the shower. The very next morning when I unwrapped my hair, it was frizzy. As the day progressed, my hair progressively got worse. By the end of the day, I had an Afro. I reached out to Nierra, that morning and still have yet to receive a response. Show more
