Yeah that last review was wild, this was my first time coming to this barber and he's one of the most personable, laid-back barbers I've met. The hair...cut was perfect too, even got my facial hair right which has been a challenge for me personally. Definitely believe the other 200+ positive reviews. I don't even live in Charlotte but happened to be nearby and gave him a shot and I definitely don't regret it. He's not in a rush and he pays attention to detail. 10/10 for sure. Show more

I visited this barber shop twice for beard trims. The shop is located within a facility where individual barbers operate their own booths. However, th...ere was an issue: the facility had experienced problems with homeless individuals entering, so customers needed to be buzzed in by each booth’s owner-operator. On my first, second, and third visits, the buzz-in system wasn’t functioning properly. I tried explaining this to the shop owner each time I arrived, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. On my third visit, I found myself standing outside with three other customers, all unable to gain entry. Frustrated, I decided to discuss the matter with my barber. To my surprise, he seemed offended by my feedback. It hadn’t occurred to him that, as a direct customer of the shop, he could advocate for resolving the issue with the facility operators. I expressed my concern about having to wait outside for extended periods, but he didn’t take it well, and I left feeling disappointed. While my experience wasn’t pleasant, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Hopefully, the shop can address the buzz-in system problem to improve the overall customer experience. This review that this gentlemen left is totally a false statement. This gentlemen was a very confrontational person. He was arguing with the women stylist in the facility prior to coming into my barber suite and when he arrived, he was upset and rude and making threats, so I informed him that I would not provide any service to him and didn't need or want him as a client. When I first provided service to this particular guy, he was talking about all the problems he had with his previous barbers and barbershops. So it seems this gentlemen is and will be a consistent problem wherever he goes!
