Oil Change Oil Change

In the current economy it’s hard to find a reliable mechanic. I was thrilled when I found Fernando. Not only was he reasonable but very knowledgeable.... I recommended friends and family who were also looking for a great mechanic. I began with booking oil changes with hopes to get much needed work done in the future. I recently booked Fernando and learned not only is he unreliable but very unprofessional. I booked an appointment and he was a NO SHOW. Very upsetting because not only did he confirm but he marked the appointment complete/finished. Understanding we all are human and things happen I rebooked another appointment for the following day. The appointment was also marked as if it were completed. Also, I reached out via text and call with no answer both days. Upon leaving a review of my dissatisfaction, I was then able make contact with Fernando. Fernando was very short and rude, showed no regard for his lack of communication and professionalism. He stated during our brief exchange that “I do jobs with people who come to me for more than oil changes”. He stated that he read my review and that I can find another mechanic. In other words your service/business doesn’t matter. I was in disbelief of how rude he was as if I were the one in the wrong. There was no apology and no resolve. I’m certain there would have been no communication if I had not written a review. All customers should matter!! No matter how small or large the service each customer should be treated the same. How you handle your customers are a reflection of you. I wish him well. Show more
