Update, I finally washed and straightened my hair to see the actual length of my hair (because I have super curly hair) and the hair cut I was given i...s completely HORRIBLE! He gave me a blunt cut and the layers aren’t blended… all that time I took to grow out my hair to a long length has been ruined. I’ve never had a cut this bad…. It is so choppy and a very blunt cut. When I went in, all I wanted was a healthy trim and black hair. I got neither of those. Although Humberto was nice, his work was not where it needed to be as a professional. It looks like a child took scissors to my head. I’m so upset. Show more

Your hair looks like this not because of a bad cut. It's poorly styled. As for the length of your hair, you and I decided that it would be fine as it is. And regarding the color, it was the one I recommended and you accepted. Nothing I did was without discussing it with you. I am open to discussing your case in person again, where I would validate the cut and change the color if you prefer. I don't like it. Unsatisfied clients
