The service was fast, however the bundles are very thin, the closure is very thin, and it didn’t come curled like the pictures I sent. It wasn’t worth... the price :( I’m literally upset every time I put it on when I’m rushing and it’s the easiest to throw on. I reached out about adding another bundle or two but realized the closure was still so thin it probably wasn’t worth it. I had a friend tell me my tracks were showing and I was literally just sitting still, no movement at all. So that being said, I just let it go and decided I’d made a bad investment. Be informed. I’m sorry I believe you have the wrong business. After doing some research I see you’re located in Memphis and we haven’t shipped to a Memphis customer before. My experience with Queen has been nothing short of Amazing !! After recently moving to NC , I wasn’t sure if I would find a hair stylist that would be... up to par with what I was used to. However, Queen definitely exceeded my expectations!! She provides high quality hair and makes beautiful units. She is also very patient and always responds in a timely manner to any questions I may have (I usually have a lot lol). Her professionalism and attention to detail are exceptional. After searching long and hard throughout the triangle, I have finally found the hidden gem of the Queendom! The owner, Queen is very professional and ...timely. I never have to worry about her ghosting me or not answering my calls like my previous experiences at other salons. I have been looking for so long for a quality hair stylist and a salon 💇‍♀️ that will give you glamourous celebrity hair and the experience to match ONE CLIENT at a time. When you walk in, the space is clean with a cute vibe and a lot of petals and pink like I like 💕. Queen is always ready to begin as soon as I walk through the door and never has me waiting more than five minutes to begin my service. The best part is that she is usually pretty fast and gives you an elite salon experience with great quality service and style. I have three kids and a fur baby, so my time is precious because I always have to find childcare for my appointments. Therefore, I truly value how the owner is always consistent and honors your time. This past weekend, Queen was out of town and literally answered my messages right away. She helped me order & expedite shipment for the hair for my appointment two days later. She even scheduled a last minute appointment time for me with another stylist in her absence who was equally amazing. The day of my appointment, Queen messaged me promptly early in the morning to ensure that my hair had arrived as expected before I reached my appointment. Also shoutout to the stylist Kaliyah for filling in last minute and late notice. She was very nice to me and professional. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I asked for a middle part sewin with closure and she did not disappoint, baby hairs and all!!!! Thank you soooo much. Queen also goes the extra mile to make sure she gives you the satisfaction of the look YOU wanted and not what the stylist decided to give you at other salons 🙄. She recently helped me customize a gorgeous bob wig which ATE!!! Everyone looooooooved my hair and couldn’t stop asking where I had gotten it done. BIG THANKS to Queen and the Queendom for offering me the royal treatment each visit. When you leave you will feel and look your best. PERIOD…… Can’t wait for my next appointment 🤗 Also! Shoutout to Tanzi across the hall from the Queendom. She is an amazing nail artist that gave me the perfect set for all of my big plans coming up. The shop is beauty with amazing energy. She installed my first frontal ever and the confidence that I had leaving her chair was like no other. She has... done all my frontals after that and I am always happy! She has a very gentle touch and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
