Vivi is AMAZING. She is not only very kind and caring, but she is passionate and very supportive of her clients just like they’re her family. Well tha...t’s how she treated me from day one. I speak Spanish enough to embarrass myself when responding 😂 but my comprehension worked well every time. She didn’t care to try to understand me and be respectful when learning what I wanted exactly. She was patient and polite. She even played a beautiful mixed playlist of always appropriate music while doing my lashes. She asked if I wanted her to play something else even. I met Vivi just looking for a quick new lash person due to mine being incredibly inconsistent. Vivi took me last minute and was even willing to come to me. She let me come first appointment and gave me free supplies to upkeep the lashes. She also gave me some Columbia medicine cream for a scar over my eye. She is so excited about doing her work ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. She takes her time to perfect every part of the application process. She is very clean and sterile as well. I couldn’t believe that I had been paying so much more for VERY UGLY AND CHEAP LOOKING lashes from the girl I had been seeing before her. Vivi’s work is so much better than I’ve ever received. She actually makes me believe I was being robbed before because the work in comparison is nowhere close. I’d choose Vivi EVERYTIME. She is very affordable and even though she is always busy doing one of her 15 other jobs she will always make time for appointments rather make you wait. I love her. She has made a customer for life with me. Vivi has been so beautiful to me that I actually consider her to be family now. I love my lashes. She did a classic shorter set and also recommended a longer set that looked better with my eye shape but both sets were and are GORGEOUS. Exactly what I want no matter what. I trust her opinion and work skill so much I go to sleep and wake up not even wanting to look cause I already know she did the best work ever. Her family is so gracious and supportive as well. Very welcoming and kind. I see Vivi at her “at home shop” and her home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and open. I feel very fortunate that I’ve found a clean and sterile place to get home services at. I would absolutely 100% recommend Vivi for lash extensions and anything else she provides. Thank you Vivi. Super professional, Vivi had all of the equipment with her. Everything is sealed and clean. She changed her gloves three times during the service very... thorough almost 2 full hours of service takes her time with the client and highly communicative and perfect mobile service.
