Bomb Lash Tech !!! I love going to Kay !!! I started getting my lashes done by her last year after looking for a new lash tech in San Diego. She is so... professional and easy to talk to while getting services done. I went to her location in lemon grove and loved the cozy set up, I could literally fall asleep lol.
