I had my first ever nail service on Sep 23th. It was a gel manicure with extensions. It hadn’t even been a full week when my extensions started fallin...g off out of nowhere, one by one. It’s been two weeks now, and I only have 3 fake nails left. I’m really upset because I paid $75 for nails that didn’t even last more than a week. The lady said it’s not necessary to file my nails to get a manicure. I wonder if this is why they didn’t last on my nails or is it because she didn’t apply enough polish to glue the extensions to my natural nails with UV light. Between work and school, I barely have time for anything so I don’t even feel like coming to the store right before they close to complain about this service for them to tell me it’s not on them and that they won’t offer any sort of compensation or solution. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back to waste my money like that.
