It’s always weird when people who are providing a service aren’t prompt themselves but want their customers to be. Pushed my appointment back a whole ...hour last minute. I defiantly agree, everybody’s time is just as valuable as the next person! That’s why I have a late policy, you were 10 minutes late to your appointment. I have my policy stated everywhere on my booking site, website, & Instagram. Not to mention, I offered to reschedule your appointment but you wanted your deposit back. Deposits are non refundable as stated in my policy as well. You agreed to a time and if that time didn’t work for you, you could’ve said no. I’ve never had a problem with clients getting to my location. I’m not sure why that happened to you… I can only do so much to accommodate when it’s on my end. Have a great day 💕
