Doug is down to earth guy, easy to talk to but not sure what happened here. I asked him for a trim up top but what I got was a hatchet job. The top of... my head is all uneven; one part significantly longer than the other. Very disappointing I did not realize I got home and noticed how bad it was. Show more

I brought my teenage son in for a cut. He was a bit nervous because he knows that many come in this particular barber shop for a skin fade and he DID ...NOT want a skin fade. Doug listened and looked at photos my son brought in and asked his opinion all along during the cut. My son was please that scissors were used. We left happy! Show more
