Replying for transparency, you canceled your appointment then rescheduled to Sunday, you had me come to a unclean barracks room that wasn't even your own with an extremely heavy odor from whatever was cooked that could be smelled in the hallway, I have a weak stomach so yes, I did leave and I offered for you to come to me instead and you said with your work schedule it wouldn’t work and even offered to reimburse me for the hair, since the hair was purchased with your deposit I told you that you could keep it and we parted ways. Thanks for your response.

There’s honestly so many holes in this story but I’ll reply for transparency since it's visible to others. Wednesday I experienced sharp pains in my side and I wasn’t able to keep anything down so I sent you home and went to the ER. I didn’t get home until Saturday morning so regardless I had no way of doing your hair. There is no good service at that hospital and I made you aware of that. You left out the part that between you and your husband you called me 22 times, you also called the girl who REFERRED you to me back to back and texted her multiple times while she was at work, and to make matters worse you were parked in my driveway for hours and rang my doorbell multiple times even AFTER i said I was at the hospital and you woke my sick niece and sister up in the process, they literally thought the police was at my door….So coming back to my phone and seeing all of that ? Was absolutely insane and I don’t think you understand how scary that was. You also wrote this review AFTER I blocked you and wouldn’t answer your No Caller ID calls…. I sent your money back, you have the hair you provided, hopefully you found someone else to finish your hair. You are the last client i will take at my home, I hope to never experience a client like you and hopefully at my new location I don’t have to. So like I told you before, have a day !

Replying for transparency, I was hosting an event at 11 pm that night, her daughter did have more hair then I expected, I also made the braids longer than she wanted (she wanted a shoulder length bob) resulting in a longer end time, both of my helpers were occupied even though they said they would show up and everything that could have came up, came up unexpectedly, as far the adults who showed up with alcohol and other things, I can’t remember seeing weed but I know they did bring alcohol for the event. All things considered her and her daughter were delightful and I tried my best to be hospitable in the midst of everything going on. Her hair was beautiful and she sat very well, I wish you both the best and I understand why you won’t be returning. I apologize for your negative experiences and will apply them to how I handle situations in the future, thank you.😊
