You looked at your hair numerous times then texted asking could we fix it the next day we agreed at 1 pm then 10 hrs later you said you were having any allergic reaction and won't be able to come back and you wanted a refund.So you expect our staff to give you a free hair style when it was already discounted which extremely not fair . We want to apologize for the experience you had at our establishment because we take pride in overall customer satisfaction. We are really shocked by all of these complaints that you were stating now when you said none of this when you text or phone you provided us with the hair which was synthetic and synthetic hair is not great for boho braids. We have on our policy that any service that is rendered is up to our salon owner to give an adjustment or a refund which you knew this prior to booking on our site. We want to make things clear to our future customers this client's allergic reaction had nothing to do with our salon and was caused by something not at our establishment. For all the negative feedback you are saying online now I just find it very hard to believe when you tipped our Braider for the service we're sorry that we were not able to refund your money because you couldn't make the appointment for the adjustments but you paid for a service the service was complete We wish you well on all your endeavors in life take care
