For the third time, I drove 20 min for her to have someone else in the chair at my appointment time, just starting their hair. Then she looks at me cr...azy like uhhh what is she supposed to do, ummm maybe call and let me know! I asked her why she couldn’t let me know, a simple text or something and she said her phone was dead, it was 11am. Whatever excuse that is, as a stylist her communication skills aren’t very good, besides the very first time. I am also a stylist, I would never do my clients like she did me. I made sure to be a good tipper, more than 50% as well, maybe it’s because I came back after wasting my time and gas once so I guess she thought she could continue to do that to me. On the bright side, she braids fast and very neat. Show more
