I didn’t like that you canceled at the last minute of my son appointment. No consideration at all I do understand that people have emergencies. But no... phone call or text no in advance call to say that you couldn’t make it. But if the shoe was on the other foot you would be upset about it. It’s called communication, and common courtesy. We never had any issues like this before. This was a waste of time and money catching Uber and you can’t get that money back. Then you say come in tomorrow knowing there isn’t available. Show more

I do apologize that there wasn’t any communication. It is true that emergencies do arise and there are complicated situations in day to day life. I can’t ever thank you all enough for supporting me. I am always thankful knowing that you have multiple options when it comes to choosing a barber and you chose to stick with me. I will be sending you reimbursement for traveling via Uber / Lyft and the cost of another haircut with another barber of your choice.
