I don’t like leaving stuff like this and I like coming here but I don’t know what was the issue today and it rubbed me sooo wrong ! My appointment was... scheduled at 2pm right .. I called and then the owner said she will let Zoey know .. and then the owner was like if I wasn’t in the building by 2:15pm she was going to cancel my appointment I was literally pulling up to come in side the building ( So that was the first thing that rubbed me the wrong way ) .. but Zoey did so good on my nails and she explained she had to go pick up here daughter which was fine and understandable the problem was one of the other nail tech could’ve did my polish change it dont take long , but they waited until Zoey got back to paint my change the polish of my toe nails ( but Zoey didn’t end up doing my polish change anyways it was another tech which was fine but yall had me waiting there for no reason .) ALSO NOT A SINGLE PERSON ASKED ME DID I WANT ANYTHING TO DRINK OR NOTHING , I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING . ITS NOT THE TECHS FAULT BUT THE OWNER COULDN’T EVEN ASK ME HEY DID YOU WANT ANYTHING TO DRINK ? I AM SO SO SORRY FOR THE WAIT TODAY ? like idk and i try to give grace while i can i definitely gave Zoey grace but I shouldn’t had to wait till Zoey get back to do a polish change in my toes that’s crazy and she didn’t even end up doing it which is even crazier it’s like y’all wanted me to sit that long and waited I would’ve been out of the shop at 3:40 but no I end up out the shop at 5pm . Overall Zoey did good on my nails forgot the lady name who painted my nails but she also did good for nails and yelled they look good but the experience nahh it was horrible ! ( ALSO I BEEN BOOKED THIS APPOINTMENT I DIDN’T JUST BOOK IT TODAY ! ) Show more

I would love to clear this up so first I wanna start off saying thank you for supporting the Nail Paige. This is your third time coming to our shop and you’ve had a great experience every time. Yesterday. September. 25th. your appointment was scheduled for 2 o’clock a filling and polish change from 2 PM to 3:20PM . You scheduled with Zoey. on zoeys avilability she leaves every day from 3:20 PM till 430. You called the receptionist at 2 PM to let her know you were on the way the receptionist let me know that you were gonna be late. 2:10PM I CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW IT IS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD AND IF YOU COME AFTER 15 MINUTES, WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THERE WAS A WALK-IN AT THE SAME TIME. You told me that you were here and you were coming up at 2:10 PM. You came inside the nail shop at 2:16 PM she did your fill-in. she had to leave by 3:20. She gave you a option to come back or to stay and wait. Every girl in the shop had either appointments or clients that they were working on it just so happened that one of the workers got done when zoey came back at 4:30. The other worker still did your polish change. We asked everybody if they wanted water, but you did not respond. I’m sorry you had to leave this negative comment and not just speak up about how you felt. Thank you. Have a good day.

I loved the positive environment at TNP, the girls are so kind and fun!! The only qualm I have is they could be a bit more organized with their suppli...es but I think this business may be newer and they’re finding their way so besides that they are doing great, and the owner Paige is so nice!!
