I made an appointment online for 2:45pm on Sunday August 3rd. I received email confirming appointment. I arrived at 2:40 for my haircut. Upon arrival ...the barber said hello, that was it. No other communication. He was in the middle of a children's cut. Upon finishing the children's cut, he then started on the fathers hair and beard. I figured he was running a little behind, I understand that can happen. After finishing the fathers cut at 3:20, he then had another person sit down in the chair. When I notified him that I had an appointment at 2:45, he informed me that he had 2 more cuts to do. I asked why there were available appointments and that my appointment was confirmed. He responded that his brother confirmed the appointment, called him, he told his brother that he couldn't take the appointment and that neither bothered to call or email me that the appointment was cancelled. Poor customer service and communication. Show more
