Gel manicures
I purchased a gift card for my mother in law for Mothers day. The gel manicure that she received was a very messy job. The gel was cured on top of her... cuticles and looked like a child did it. See photo which speaks for itself ! When I complained about the poor job the nail tech refused to refund me or fix the problem. She states that she received a $10 tip with the remaining gift card balance. This is not true. My mother inlaw was told that remaining balances are not refundable. Since she did such a poor job there was no way that my mother inlaw cared to return to use the rest of the card. In regards to the time period I left several phone messages on the business phone number immediately afterwards and calls were not returned in a timely manner. **TO MY FUTURE CLIENTS PLEASE READ BELOW** I was waiting for your review so that I can reply and explain why I did not refund your money because I knew you would come on google and show a one sided story. Ladies and gentlemen This woman by the way never received service from me herself. she did in fact buy a gift certificate for her mother in law yes which she is the one i serviced. When I serviced the client the woman told me out of her own mouth several times that she was very happy and satisfied. The woman even had a remainder balance of $10 from the gift certificate and told me to take it as a tip. I always tell my clients or whoever sits in my chair to be honest weather they like their nails or not so that it may be rectified right then and there to avoid having to come back. As you can see from my reviews I make it my business to satisfy and make my clients happy the best way I can. I take pride in being professional and accommodating, but this is a perfect example of a client who you just cannot please. The client told me she was happy with her experience then proceeded to leave and tell her daughter in law that she wasn’t happy with services. Again if you do not like your nails why not speak up at your appointment? So something can be done or possibly compensated? No, You know what she did? She went and told her daughter in law she wasn’t happy which again I had no idea about and this woman who leaves me this review WAITS!
Pretty nails but way WAYYYY over priced. You can go to the Chinitas who do just as good and for way less.

Absolutely will be back for my next fill 😊 I called last minute on a Sunday when salons are generally closed and they were able to fit in both me and... my daughter. I have been looking for a super small privately owned salon for a little while and so glad I’ve found one! They actually take their time and show they care about their work. My daughter is also only 7 so she got to watch Barbie while getting a pedicure 💖 Show more
