Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Casten. For clarity with future clients, I’d like to note a few things. I don’t use Venmo — only Zelle and sometimes CashApp. The issue with payment was due to me not yet being added as a recipient, which I assisted you with over text. I have a clear policy of not leaving until payment is completed to protect my business and to help resolve issues like this. You chose to leave before paying, insisting you’d handle it later, and raised your voice when we spoke by phone. As for your dog’s care, he arrived with fleas — something not disclosed beforehand. While I previously provided a complimentary treatment, I again handled it this time, just at a discounted rate. Each visit, as you've been with me for a little over 6 months, he has been returned clean, fresh, well-groomed, and flea-free. I also want to acknowledge that there have been times where personal boundaries and privacy were not respected. Despite that, I have always ensured your pet received the best care possible. To anyone reading, my policies are in place to protect both pets and my business. I’m always happy to explain them and strive to provide the highest standard of care. This was a response to the original message: (Hard to get to her doorstep driveway and her Venmo didn’t work finally hit it to work after I got home).
