Horrible service. She didn’t show up on time. Hair came out looking a mess. Braids started to unravel at the ends 4 days after getting them done. Dina... is not a good business woman communication was horrible when trying to fixed the problem. Please don’t go to her u will regret it immediately… u never fixed my hair I still have all the text messages. They looked a complete mess after u was done nd u told me that ur grandma had just died as I was doing my hair. So I was trynna be respectful of your circumstances but you did like I said a horrible job. Show more

First I want to mention I came to her and told her I needed a sew in I should've known she didn't know what to do but a couple of days later I come ba...ck with my mum and she tells she will do it BTW my hair was too short to do in sew in extensions but she kept saying she would do it , I come the day of the appointment and it's someone else doing my hair girl she could've been honest and said she can't do my hair they did my hair but the lace ended up showing a few hours later a day don't get me started on the employees they complained when I returned and told them my lace was sticking out! It wasn't my cup of tea coz they kept arguing about it back and forth! Yah I ain't coming back, lastly it was a hot mess! Show more

You made appointment with me and I told you yes I can do it because I didn't expect I will have to go to ER the day before your appointment. I am sorry again you know emergency happened anytime.. She is not a good braider. Braids started to unravel 4 days after getting them done because she didn’t secure them. Horrible service when it came to f...ixing the problem. Ask for curly pieces through out my head and the started to fall out immediately. Please do not waste your money nd time going to her it’s going to be the biggest mistake ever Show more

The experience turned out to be not so good ... When I walked in there was a ..."stinch" but I overlooked that and the overall "old and dingy furnitur...e & decor" ... Dina is unprofessional and didn't respecty time/appointment. Communication was just as terrible. Show more
