I’m disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I scheduled an appointment and arrived early, expecting to be taken on time. Instead, when I... walked in, the barber was just starting a new client’s haircut. There was no explanation, apology, or attempt to communicate. The attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive. Scheduling and respect for clients’ time clearly need improvement.

Sorry you feel that way, you got out your car and walk to the store around the corner like I dnt have other people waiting for service. This is a barbershop I dnt move on your time. Your appointment was at a specific time not 10 mins later. I waited 10 mins for you to come in but instead you walk around the corner have a bless one
