Hi Lillias I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. At the time of your appointment, you shared that you were happy with Lucy’s groom and how she handled the process, which is always my top priority—especially with more sensitive or nervous dogs. I provide one-on-one grooming in a calm environment and work within each dog’s comfort level rather than forcing them through stressful situations. Nail trimming and drying were both completed to the extent Lucy was able to safely tolerate during her visit. I also want to clarify that there were no syringes used or left out during your appointment, and dogs are never left unattended in my care. If you had concerns after your visit, I would have absolutely welcomed the opportunity to address them directly. Wishing you and Lucy all the best.
