I’ve been going to Gina for over 25 years. I love the location she is in now in Shelton. It’s so close to me and it’s so nice to have her in the are...a. I would drive and have any where I have to go. She is the only stylist that I know of that grabs the bull by the horn and knows exactly what to do. I wouldn’t question a thing. I love her new website. It’s so easy to navigate. The online booking. If I have an idea I can send to her through her website. I consider myself high maintenance with my hair. I have extensions, keratin treatment, always changing my color and my hair is in perfect condition. Her color formulas don’t have chemicals. I literally have softer hair after she highlights it. I get nervous that one day she’s gonna leave the state. I have referred all of my friends and family and they are thrilled as well. Thank you G for everything . Show more

I dont really like to make bad reviews but i have to!! We had an engagement party to go and search online and this business came up with decent review...s!!! From the first time i spoke on the phone she gave me bad vibes but i still make an appointment!! I needed hair amd make up for me and my daughter,is took her 10 minutes do put that make up on my face and the whole time she looked so distracted,i had to point out all her mistakes on my make up,after that said that she needed to call her cousin and left from the room came back 5 minutes later smelling all cigarettes!!! She put some dollars store eyelashes and not fully and none of those eyelashes matched ,everything was falling apart before i left her salon!! I looked terrible and i didn’t say anything because at that point i was late! She did somehow did my daughter hair but when my daughter saw what she did to my face she told her NO! I went home washed my face amd did my make up and hair all over after paying so much money just to look like zombie!! Never again!!!! Show more

Gina changed my life today… the Japanese hair straightening system she performed was like watching magic as my hair that I never thought could be so w...onderfully soft and laid straight transformed from a coarse curly head of hair to a flowing gorgeous head of hair. The natural brown tonality on my hair showed up and was highlighted more beautifully than ever before as the treatment changed the structure of my hair. I was happy with the hair services I've received from Gina at Bespoke Hair Salon in Milford. As a professional makeup artist and esthetician (and a bi...t of a perfectionist, haha), I'm kind of hard to impress. And I have been impressed with her skills, knowledge and results. I just used the Bespoke housecall service and Gina was terrific and a true pro! Got a wonderful keratin straightening service with no formaldehyde- gr...eat results and none of the fumes! We used my desk chair at the sink and it worked well. She brought everything she needed in a tidy roly bag and we were finished in 2 hours (keratin treatments can be a half day at other salons in my experience). My hair does go lighter after the service so she came back next day for color to give 24 hours. Fresh half head of highlights + base single color and blow dry took 2.5 hours- very efficient! I have super thick hair- this treatment leaves really nice smooth results, cuts blow drying time in half and still allows bend in the hair- not pin straight. Love the new housecall service. Worst customer service experience ever. Came in for a keratin treatment and this was the result, some parts completely straight others curly. After co...ntacting Gina she made an appointment to fix it. She ended up cancelling me same day twice with no intention of fixing this. $300 and messed up hair… do not recommend!! Show more
