PLEASE DO NOT BOOK! STEALS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL BE POSTING ON TIKTOK ABOUT EXPERIENCE!! I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged $...150 for color removal and reapplication, but those services were not completed. I sat in the chair from 9:45 AM until 4:00 PM and still did not receive the color I requested. I also left with dye not fully washed out of my hair. After bringing the issue and an overpayment to the stylist’s attention, I received no response and no refund, despite multiple attempts to resolve it directly. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. I have since had to dispute the charge with my bank. I would not recommend based on my experience and suggest confirming services, timing, and refund policies clearly before booking. and it’s so funny how you can reply to the booksy but yet you can’t respond to text message! pathetic!

Tevin, it saddens me to hear that you were not satisfied with your visit. Two days prior to your visit, we discussed your appointment would be lengthy due to the fact that you use Beige black box dye to color your gray hair before requesting highlights and a purple all over color. I am greatful that you left my salon happy with the color. Booksy, is an amazing platform full of stylist that would love to assist you with future appointments. I am sorry your bank wouldn’t let you dispute the $75 cancellation fee. Please feel free to rebook and allow us to make you happier in the future. Happy New Year!
